Experienced Legal Advocate
Ryan brings 27 years of legal experience advocating for and protecting the rights of his clients in and out of the courtroom. His practice focuses on business transactions and litigation, family law, wills and trusts, criminal defense, and government affairs.
In addition to his legal practice, Ryan is a certified mediator serving as a neutral third party who helps individuals and organizations resolve disputes efficiently and collaboratively.
Ryan has also previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Northwest Arkansas Community College, where he taught civil pre-trial procedure and litigation courses in the Paralegal Department.
Ryan has represented clients throughout Northwest Arkansas for more than 15 years. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Arkansas Office of the Attorney General, concentrating on enforcement matters related to the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement. He also worked as an attorney for the Arkansas Department of Human Services, representing the state in court-involved foster care proceedings.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Master of Divinity from Multnomah Biblical Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in American Studies from Harding University.
Ryan is deeply committed to community service. He served for six years on the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Northwest Arkansas, supporting advocacy efforts for children in the foster care system.
